"We needed a complete back-office system that could handle registrations in physical classrooms as well as booking virtual e-learning events. It also had to manage resources and accounts receivable. Training Partner met those needs… At any one center, staff can set up their class schedule for both ILT and online synchronous courses. As sales are made in the marketplace, staff members book them into the Training Partner system for virtual or ILT seat registration. As classes are scheduled, it automatically selects instructors based on qualifications and availability. It also manages our accounts receivable for students… Because all post-sale accounting information is in the system, we can generate reports on sales statistics, classroom expenses and so forth. We also use Training Partner for performance metrics of student registration such as attendance and after-class assessments… Scalability and expandability were important criteria for us.
