We are planning three tracks of learning labs for 2009 along with a best practices track presented by guest speakers. Sessions will cover new features and existing functionality of TrainingPartner™ for both administrators and system administrators and there will be learning labs for both beginner and advanced users. We will also offer sessions on KnowledgePresenter® authoring tools and are offering pre-conference Online, Report, Administrator and System Administrator training.

There will be a reception on Wednesday, and a social on Thursday evening. In keeping with the current economic climate, we have reviewed our budget and found some ways to reduce fees for this event. Since almost all of the basic conference fee goes directly to the hotel for catering and meeting space rental, we were unable to reduce the base cost of the conference. However, we have chosen to reward organizations that send more than one employee by offering discounts for the second and subsequent employee. We have also greatly reduced the pre-conference training fees to encourage everyone to take advantage of this once-a year offering.

Conference only = $700 US for the first attendee from an organization; $600 US for each subsequent attendee from the same organization

Pre-conference training = $1500 for the first attendee from an organization; $1200 US for each subsequent attendee from the same organization.

This is a great opportunity to get 5 days of training for less than the cost of having a trainer come to your site for one day.
