This honor comes from being in the top 10 companies on the list for four years in a row. KLA-Tencor reached the hall of fame in 2008, and has again been given this prestigious ranking. Congratulations on your 8th inclusion in this list, your 5th consecutive time in the top 10, and your 2nd time in the hall of fame!
