Be assured, though, that GeoMetrix will continue to offer its Learning Management and Performance Management modules for those who wish to maintain use of this comprehensive system. As part of the GeoTalent suite, however, these modules will benefit from an improved administrator interface and additional functionality.

A dramatically new online interface applied to our existing learning and performance management modules will act as the building blocks for our new Talent Management System. Later, new modules, including succession planning, competency management and more, will be added to complete the TMS.

Our philosophy for development is that software interfaces should be created for the users and not for the developers. A user interface should have the minimum number of screens necessary. Workflows should be streamlined and designed so users do not get lost. Screens should be dynamic so tasks can be accomplished without leaving the page. Graphics and images should help users. Finally, the system should be designed to get feedback from user groups to measure success. In short, the interface should be simple, clean, streamlined, visual, reflective and responsive.
